Well, it looks as though Tessa is back with her wife and Young & Restless’ Daniel will have to move on, but there was a sense of unfinished business when they parted ways… and the twist many are anticipating could definitely derail the ‘Teriah’ reunion.

Amid her tentative reunion with Tessa, Mariah has probed, albeit gently, to try and find out how deep things went between her wife and Daniel. Both of them protected her from the fact that they’d basically been in a relationship, not to mention had been to bed together who knows how many times.

The focus is on Mariah getting well, as it should be, and hopefully strong enough to learn the truth (maybe she’ll even ask the important questions, like why Tessa got involved with a man when she said she was gay). Perhaps they don’t think she ever needs to know the details. But what if the reality of Tessa and Daniel’s connection exposes itself in such a way that it cannot be kept from Mariah any longer?

Some fans have been predicting a certain direction for this storyline since Daniel and Tessa first hooked up, and it certainly would bring the drama, given it would absolutely send Mariah into yet another spiral, and leave Tessa and Daniel connected forever.

Indeed, we’re speculating that Tessa and Mariah’s delicate reunion may be tested in the very near future by the reveal that Tessa is carrying Daniel’s child. With Mariah still fragile, such a revelation could send her right off the deep end again.
