THE END EastEnders airs shock exit for major villain – just two months after surprise comeback
EASTENDERS has aired a shock exit for a major villain – just months after she returned to Walford.
The BBC soap said a farewell in today’s episode as the killer fled Albert Square thinking the police were about to arrest her.
At Christmas, actress Tracy-Ann Oberman made a shock return to the show as Chrissie Watts as it was revealed she was behind the campaign of terror against Zoe Slater.

However, recently she was lured back by lover Jake Moon after he was convinced that she killed Anthony Trueman.
Viewers know Jasmine – Anthony’s daughter – actually killed him in defence of her mum Zoe.
After convincing Kat that she didn’t kill Anthony, Chrissie reunited with Jake.

But after he betrayed her – she was ready to do the same to him and report him to the police for murder.
However, she was stopped in her tracks by the sight of a ring when he proposed.
She eventually accepted, with the pair set for a new life away from Walford – until the sounds of police sirens closed in.
Convinced they were for her, Chrissie and Jake sped off without discovering that Kat had been the one to call the police on Jasmine.
As Jasmine was led away by police and exposed for murdering Anthony, Chrissie was long gone.
Actress Tracy-Ann’s final scenes have aired for the character – and she was glad to get a happy ending.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, the actress disclosed: “Oh no it’s nice, it’s a nice ending” to which Kate interjected: “It’s a happy ending!”
Tracy-Ann continued: “It’s a really happy ending.
“It’s dramatic, it’s been really lovely to go back in and it’s been lovely to walk around the square and interact with people.
“There’s a few little nice Easter Eggs in there meeting up with characters.
“And there’s a really nice ending”.
She added how going back to the soap was like “putting on a really comfy pair of shoes”.
Tracy-Ann rounded off her chat and said it had been “a real privilege to come back in and play her again, it was really fun”.
