SHOCK ALLIANCE AT HOME FARM: Emmerdale fans are buzzing after rumours of a mystery ally stepping in to help Moira Dingle — and challenge Kim Tate

It’s safe to say that Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) has found herself in a lot of trouble in recent Emmerdale scenes after two bodies were discovered on her land.

Devastatingly, she had absolutely nothing to do with the deaths.

It was all down to Ray Walters (Joe Absolom), who had been orchestrating a human trafficking operation alongside Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths).

Ray and Celia’s evil scheme impacted countless villagers, with April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) and Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) being forced to deal drugs, while Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) was being held captive and forced to work on the farm.

When Ray’s cruelty resulted in the death of Anya, one of their unpaid workers, and Bear insisted on giving her a proper funeral, they buried her at the back of one of Moira’s fields.

As their operation began to unravel, with Ray’s relationship with Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) teaching him what a life without crime could be like, he ended up turning on Celia and stabbing her to death.

In the past few weeks, both bodies have been found on Moira’s field, with suspicions instantly falling on the farmer herself.

And unfortunately, that isn’t the only evidence the police have got.

Celia was an expert in staying under the radar, and she’d already taken steps to ensure that the blame didn’t fall on her long before her death.

When Moira had a collection of items waiting to be taken to the charity shop, Celia offered to do it for her, and once she’d got her hands on Moira’s belongings, she used one of her blankets to wrap up Anya’s body.

And following Celia’s demise, an unfortunate twist of fate saw Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) start playing dirty so that he and Kim Tate (Claire King) could get their hands on the farm land.

Willing to do whatever it took to come out on top, Joe went snooping around Celia’s farm and found the fake documents and IDs of Celia’s workers.

He then used his knowledge of Victoria Sugden’s (Isabel Hodgins) murder of John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) to blackmail Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) into planting the incriminating documents on Moira’s land.

So, it’s safe to say that things aren’t looking good for Moira – but could an unexpected face be set to come to her rescue?

This year has seen former SAS soldier Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) return from the dead, after faking his own murder six years ago.

His return came as a major shock to the villagers, but could he be the key to saving Moira?

Things are complicated between Graham and Kim, given that she once ordered a hit on him. Suffice to say, it was unsuccessful, and their relationship has remained frosty.

Kim isn’t best pleased that Graham is sticking around to make up for lost time with Joe, who saw him as a father figure, and Graham has delighted in winding her up.

As Graham and Joe continue to bond in upcoming scenes, Graham learns of his plot with Kim and demands all of the details.

In a bid to spite Kim, could Graham ruin her chances of getting her hands on the farm by revealing the truth, saving Moira in the process?

‘I was gonna say they have a poisonous relationship, but it’s more complicated – as much as it is poisonous on paper, there is tenderness, they fight like cat and dog, but there is a lot of love there,’ actor Andrew Scarborough admitted.

‘So, on paper they’re poisonous, but they’re just incredibly attracted to each other, like moths to flame, and but also at the same time, they live off that flame.’

We also can’t forget about the fact that Kim and Graham are technically still married, meaning he’d be entitled to half of everything. Would he put greed ahead the truth and let Moira go to prison? Or could he be her unexpected saviour?
