Ravi Brutally Attacked by Drug Dealers | EastEnders
It’s another rough week in EastEnders for Ravi Gulati, as his past finally catches up with him, and things turn violent after he’s kidnapped in shocking scenes.
After a chaotic few weeks filled with betrayals, accusations, and tension in the Panesar household, next week’s episodes see Ravi pushed to the edge. Meanwhile, Suki and Eve face their own drama as their long-awaited adoption assessment goes completely off the rails.
Trouble brews at No. 41
Suki and Eve start the week nervously preparing for their adoption assessment, desperate to make a good impression on social worker Robin. They’re hoping to show that they’ve created a calm, loving home, but with the Panesars, that’s never going to be simple.
Ravi’s still living under their roof, and after all the drama he’s brought lately, tensions are already running high. Suki and Eve try to keep things friendly for the sake of the visit, but the atmosphere’s awkward from the start.
Things actually seem to be going okay for a while, until Priya shows up and blows it all apart.

Just as everyone’s starting to relax, Priya barges in mid-assessment, shouting the odds about Ravi and making it very clear she’s had enough of him.
The whole situation goes downhill fast. Suki and Eve are horrified as Robin looks on, clearly unimpressed, while Avani and Nugget jump in to defend their parents. Before anyone knows it, the living room has turned into a full-blown family row, and the adoption meeting is in tatters.
Suki desperately tries to calm everyone down, but it’s no use. When Robin finally leaves, it’s clear the damage has been done.
Suki and Eve reach breaking point
After the disastrous assessment, Eve admits to Suki that something has to change. She points out that if they want to adopt and give a child a stable home, they can’t have constant chaos, and that means Ravi has to go.
It’s not an easy decision for Suki, who’s torn between wanting to support Ravi and wanting a fresh start with Eve. But in the end, she knows Eve’s right. The pair agree to ask Ravi to move out, hoping that cutting ties might finally bring them some peace.
Ravi takes the news surprisingly well. He tells them he understands and doesn’t want to cause more trouble. But behind his calm reaction, he’s clearly defeated and fed up, yet another door closing in his face.
Things take a dark turn…

Just when it seems Ravi might quietly slip away, the situation takes a twist. A group of men suddenly turn up at the door and drag him away. Suki, Eve and the rest of the family are left frozen in shock as Ravi disappears.
Later, Ravi eventually makes his way back to the Square, battered, bruised, and barely able to stand. Whatever happened while he was gone, it’s clear he’s been badly beaten.
For once, Ravi’s swagger is gone. The experience leaves him shaken, a far cry from the confident, smooth-talking man viewers are used to seeing.
A glimmer of good news
Amid the chaos, Suki and Eve are stunned when Robin returns with unexpected news. Despite the drama, they’ve been approved to move forward to the next stage of the adoption process.
It’s a rare bit of good fortune for the couple after such a disastrous week, though the joy is clearly mixed with guilt and worry over what’s happened to Ravi.
