Sarah Roberts was positively glowing this week when she stepped out for the Australian Women’s Film Festival.

The Home and Away star, 40, who split from ex-husband James Stewart in 2024, was all smiles despite not being on the arm of her new beau at the event.

Sarah brightened the red carpet in a vibrant yellow midi dress.

The summery dress clung to Sarah’s figure perfectly, and its spaghetti straps flaunted her tanned and toned arms.

The actress finished her red carpet look with a pair of strappy, translucent heels, while accessorising with two gold bracelets on her wrist.

She left her raven locks down to cascade playfully over her shoulders for the occasion.

Sarah tied her look together with a a soft rose lip.

She was very much in her element on the red carpet, beaming as she happily posed for photographers.

Sarah also found time to pose for some happy snaps with fellow Home and Away alum Sam Frost.

Sarah officially moved on in May, after revealing the new relationship on the Something To Talk About podcast.

‘I’ve fallen in love with a man, I’m so in love,’ she said.

Sarah said she felt ‘grateful’ to have found her new partner because he has ‘allowed me to grow in beautiful and unexpected ways’.

‘I finally found myself, as clichéd as that may sound,’ she continued.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Sarah spoke candidly about the anguish of experiencing her separation from her former husband in the public eye.

‘Dealing with it in the spotlight, and then everything that came out in the media after, absolutely ripped my heart into a million little pieces.

‘But I can’t change anyone else’s actions or the way people behave. What I can take responsibility for is the way that I feel.

‘And I know that hurt people hurt people, but healed people can heal people – and I’m so happy with where I’m at today. I’ve finally found a love for myself which I didn’t have.

‘I have beaten myself up for a long time over the fact I stayed in something that wasn’t healthy.’

Taking to Instagram last week, Sarah revealed some details of her secret, newly minted romance.

Sharing a photo of the couple together, Sarah was answering a fan who asked: ‘Do you have a new partner?’

Sarah confirmed she does, playfully comparing her mystery man to superspy James Bond.

‘Yes! He makes me feel like I’m in a Bond film every day,’ Sarah exclaimed.

‘We go on adventures, drink martinis and tackle… I mean travel the world together. He values his privacy so it’s like we’re undercover spies.’

Sarah continued to gush about her beau while revealing she may’ve dropped a hint as to his name in her comment.

‘He makes me feel like a Bond girl but one that is emotionally safe with a calm nervous system. I left you a clue… you’re welcome.’

Sarah and James wed in 2019 after getting engaged in November 2018. He had proposed at the restaurant where they’d had their first date a year earlier.

The couple officially called it quits five years later, parting ways in March 2024.

Sarah starred on Home and Away from 2017 to 2021, before stepping away to focus on her film career.

James has since moved on with Home And Away co-star Ada Nicodemou.
