It was a dramatic ending to EastEnders tonight as Zoe Slater finally admitted that Dennis Rickman wasn’t the father of her twins.

Last night, fans, and Kat Slater became suspicious after Zoe failed to tell the Private Investigator key details about her son, including his Date of Birth. Kat was left in shock when Zoe then told her she didn’t know who the dad was, despite telling Sharon and the rest of the Queen Vic it was Dennis’ weeks prior.

During tonight’s episode, Kat told Zoe she needed to promise to have no more secrets – and the revelation came. “What I said earlier about not knowing who the father of my son is, it ain’t really Dennis Rickman,” she said.

But who is the father? Zoe hasn’t yet revealed who it is – or whether she actually knows at all, but spoilers for next week tease a dramatic fallout – as Kat reveals all.

Next week, the BBC soap have revealed that Vicki returns to Walford, as Vicki talks to Ian about Zoe’s son and seeing how much it means to Sharon, Ian transfers her some money to help. At the quiz night, Kat overhears Vicki talking to Ross and she makes a decision.

Later, she blurts out Zoe’s huge secret to the rest of the Vic – causing huge commotion on Halloween Week. After Zoe’s bombshell, Quiz night ends abruptly as everyone reels from the bombshell.

When Kat realises Zoe’s actions are impacting her business and family, she gives Zoe an ultimatum. Zoe decides to leave as Kat and Alfie discuss the night’s events, but they are interrupted by Zoe who accuses Kat of smashing a photo of them both – with more chaos on the way.

Later on in the week, Alfie discovers a VHS tape from 1980s – but Kat thinks it will upset Zoe. But what is it?

Fans are still theorising who the father of Zoe’s son is – with many now convinced it’s Anthony Trueman. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one penned: “Well I actually knew that Zoe was lying the entire time so this just leaves Anthony.”

Another wrote: “Yeah we saw him looking at Zoe suspiciously in Monday’s episode which left me curious. We also know that he tried to kiss Zoe recently so he does still care about her. I can’t think of anyone else who could the dad if it’s not Anthony tbh”.
