EastEnders couple reunite and share unexpected baby news after recent split

EastEnders has delivered thrilling developments for one separated pair in Walford after a rocky beginning to their marriage.

Formidable family head Suki Panesar (portrayed by Balvinder Sopal) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) exchanged vows earlier this year, but their union recently encountered serious difficulties.

Ex-lawyer Eve uncovered that her spouse had been coercing youngster Avani (Aaliyah James) to proceed with her pregnancy beyond the point where termination remained an option.

This formed part of Suki’s strategy to bring up schoolgirl Avani’s infant as her own, seeking a fresh opportunity at motherhood, whilst concealing both her plot and the pregnancy from the remaining relatives.

Yet when Eve learnt the reality, she informed Avani’s parents, Ravi (Aaron Thiara) and Priya (Sophie Khan Levy), along with the Panesar clan, sparking their rage, reports OK!

Eve additionally assisted Avani with a termination, which infuriated Suki. Whilst the wedded pair argued over Suki’s scheme to rear Avani’s child, it was Eve who gathered her belongings and departed the family residence.

Prior to Eve’s exit, she informed Suki: “I don’t know what we’ve got left”, as they gazed at each other with emotion.

Nevertheless, love might be returning for Suki and Eve, as they spoke about their prospects, including intentions to start a family.

During Tuesday’s trip to Walford (October 7), the duo shared an intimate conversation at The Prince Albert where Eve announced her desire to adopt a child with Suki.

She revealed: “So I never thought about having kids. As I said it wasn’t an option for me, and it wasn’t ever likely that I’d get accidently pregnant.

“And then seeing how absolutely terrible my mother was with me, but then for a few days you got in my head. I got a picture of me as a mum and I liked it.”

Suki interrupted with: “Eve, I’m so sorry”, as Eve pressed on: “No, that’s what I mean when I say loving you isn’t enough. I want to love a child of my own, our own.”

Eve went on: “I love you and I want to be with you, but I can’t put a lid on it. I want us to adopt.”

Suki gazed on, stunned by Eve’s revelation, but couldn’t manage a definitive reply.

Will Suki and Eve achieve their fairy-tale ending and start a family together? Only time will tell.
