EastEnders has aired a chilling cliffhanger for Ravi Gulati at the end of a dramatic episode for the family, with his life potentially hanging in the balance. Could he really be killed off just a week after his henchman Okie did?

The episode kicked off after Priya Nandra-Hart learned that Ravi was still dealing drugs, despite his promises, and a huge argument broke out, with Avani and Nugget joining in.

Suki Panesar and Eve Unwin told them to keep it down as their adoption agent had come over for a meeting, but he stated that now wasn’t the right time to discuss it and left.

With the agent gone, Suki raged at Ravi, telling him that he could have ruined their chances.

“If you get in the way of our happiness, we’re gonna have a problem,” she threatened, before telling Priya to “stop being a mug”.

Priya gave him one last chance to be honest with her, and he told that while he wanted to get out of the world of drug dealing, “right now, it’s business as usual”.

He told her that he wasn’t allowed to walk away or his family would be in danger, but he hoped that he could just do a few jobs and ease himself out of it without anyone getting hurt.

Priya said they’d been in this situation before, and nothing would ever change.

After she told Suki and Eve that Ravi was still dealing, the couple decided that he needed to leave the house if they were to have any chance of adopting. Ravi agreed, and said he’d be gone by tomorrow.

However, things took a shocking turn as some men turned up at the house, telling Ravi that their “boss wants to talk”. Ravi reassured his kids that everything would be alright and went with them, but it was clear that the situation was anything but…
