Well, we knew it was coming, but it’s now time to say goodbye as Bobby Brazier’s EastEnders storyline has been revealed – and he’s taking Molly Rainford’s Anna Knight with him, which points to a happy ending for the pair.

Speaking of his forthcoming departure, Bobby told us: ‘That’s how it really goes and how it works in this industry,’ he explained.

‘You never really know what’s next until you go for it.’

One unconfirmed claim is that he is ditching his UK career post-Strictly and EastEnders to move to India.

After two years, Molly Rainford is also heading away from Walford, with EastEnders bosses wishing both actors well for the future.

But what about their ending? It seems like a rare happy one!

After an on/off romance, the pair eventually established a relationship and look set to move away together.

Next week, Anna tells Freddie that she is going travelling and he doesn’t hesitate in offering to go with her.

While we can’t confirm the exact date of their exit, it now seems forgiven that they will head off into the sunset together – and we couldn’t be happier for them.

Both stars have been in the midst of some big storylines, with Molly at the centre of an award-winning spin-off episode Spiked, in which Anna was drugged.

She also enjoyed what turned out to be a short-lived romance with Bobby Beale.

Meanwhile, Freddie was at the centre of a topical story too, with his ADHD diagnosis.

He also attacked Stacey’s (Lacey Turner) stalker Theo, clubbing him repeatedly with an iron to save her.
