A MUCH-LOVED soap has been replaced and won’t return to TV screens for TWO weeks in a shock BBC schedule shake-up.
The Beeb has announced the changes to make way for another TV show to air instead.
The BBC soap in question is medical drama, Casualty.
The show is extremely popular with fans, and is known for being a staple of Saturday nights.
Casualty is currently airing a mini-series called Learning Curve, which only has two episodes left.
However, fans are going to have to wait for an extra two weeks to find out what will happen next.

This is because Casualty has been taken off air to make way for another show.
Instead, Big Night of Musicals 2026 by the National Lottery is airing.
Jason Manford hosts the evening which is a celebration of West End shows like Wicked, Les Miserables, Matilda and Phantom of the Opera.
The BBC soap will return to TV on April 11 at 8.30pm.
It comes after the future of Casualty was revealed by the BBC.
The long-running medical drama first launched in 1986 and has been a staple of the TV schedule ever since.
Since 2012, BBC Cymru Wales has produced episodes of Casualty, having taken over from BBC Bristol.
It was revealed in December that BBC Studios had once again won the contract to produce Casualty, after a competitive tender process was launched last May.
This means other companies could bid for the contract to produce the show.
The contract is for three series with filming due to start in Wales once again this spring.
In September, The Sun told how bosses had slashed the number of episodes due to pressures amid the cost of living crisis.
