Cindy and Lauren finally manage to find some information on the mysterious Jasmine when she leaves her phone unattended and they track down her mother, Anita. They contact her, and she warns them that her daughter possesses a true dark side. When Cindy reveals what she’s learned later, Jasmine is enraged and throws Cindy down the stairs.

With it being their second anniversary, Ross and Vicki are both separately reflective, though Vicki’s anger surfaces at Harry’s Barn over a male punter. She clashes with Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams), who tells her not to let Joel Marshall (Max Murray) ruin her view of all men, though when Ross arrives and tries to dance with Vicki, she turns her anger toward him.

Elsewhere, when Lauren and Peter Beale (Thomas Law) are hit with a deluge of information about new treatments for visually impaired children, she’s drawn in deeply.

Kat and Alfie Moon (Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie) find themselves harassed by mystery phone calls on both their mobiles and the Queen Vic landline. When Zoe offers a theory, they shoot her down and she heads over to Anthony Trueman’s (Nicholas Bailey) for solace.

Elsewhere, Ross and Vicki decide to take their fledgling reunion slowly, Gina Knight (Francessca Henry) voices her displeasure at Anna and Freddie’s plans, and the quiz night final reignites the feud between Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe).
