EastEnders fans have said that they’ve ‘figured out’ which character is going ‘to die’ amid a Harry Mitchell kidnapping twist.

It’s been a bad week for the son of Nicola and Teddy Mitchell, who is currently being held hostage by his boss Ravi Gulati and Okie on the BBC soap.

Viewers were stunned to learn of the development after Teddy received a call from his son, only for it to be revealed that the drug dealers forced him to make the call.,

In spite of Harry’s pleas, Okie refused to release him unless Harry revealed where the hidden camera was linked to in Kojo Asare’s flat, where a drug scheme is being run.

On Tuesday (October 14), Anna tried to lift her sister Gina Knight’s mood, with Harry’s girlfriend demanding answers in a stern voice note.

After Harry told Okie where the camera was linked to, Okie bumped into Gina on his way to retrieve the laptop and she gave him her number when he flirted with her.

With Ravi and Okie refusing to let Harry go despite giving them information, he resorted to asking them for drugs months after struggling with addiction.

In scenes aired on Wednesday (October 15) Okie received a warning by rival drug dealers for selling on their turf and later told Ravi to sort it out.

While this was happening, social services and the police arrived to speak to Avani Nandra-Hart as they found the footage of Joel Marshall secretly filming them sleeping together.

Distraught to learn it was shared online, Ravi turned his attention back to his daughter and decided that he and Avani should go on holiday, leaving Okie in charge as a result.

Despite Ravi telling him to let Harry go, Okie informed Harry and the end of the episode that he’s going to attempt to win Gina’s affections.

Following another twist in the saga that’s been going on for months, EastEnders fans took to Reddit to share why they think things won’t end well for Okie in the long run.

@escapee2006 wrote: “Is Okie sticking around permanently? He’s a poor character and I’ve been fast forwarding his scenes under the assumption he’d disappear sooner or later. But it seems like he’s not going away.” @ScottishWitch28 posted: “The actor is good, the character I’m not keen on because of what he’s doing to Harry and Kojo. I’d be interested if they plan a redemption arc for him and a backstory that explains it all essentially. But who knows, he might end up dead at Christmas.”
