Home and Away has confirmed a major threat to Darryl ‘Brax’ Braxton and Ricky Sharpe, amid their return to Summer Bay. The fan favourite couple will make a surprise comeback this week, after hiding in Western Australia for the last ten years.

With Brax still wanted by the police for trying to evade justice, is it only a matter of time before the law catches up to him?

Viewers were treated to a special insight into Brax and Ricky’s life since their exit, when they recently decided to house fugitive Tane Parata. The pair, who left the soap in 2016, have been living peacefully in Western Australia, with their now 10-year-old son Casey.

Last week, Tane made the difficult decision to hand himself in to the police, after being arrested for a crime he didn’t commit. In upcoming episodes, Brax also considers making his way back to the Bay, despite knowing that he’s still a wanted man.

According to TVWeek, Brax tries to convince Ricky that their undercover life is becoming too much to bear, and points out that Casey deserves a normal upbringing. Though Ricky is understandably hesitant, she ultimately agrees to return home.

After a long drive to Summer Bay, the family relax at the local beach and the couple can’t deny how great it feels to be back. Brax is determined to clear his name so they can rebuild their lives in the beloved community.

It’s Tane’s turn to offer the family refuge at his house, where they intend to lay low for a while. Brax and Ricky instruct Casey to stay indoors, putting a dampener on what he believes is a holiday.

When the child sees Remi Carter collapse outside his window, he ignores his parents and rushes to help. John Palmer arrives on the scene and thanks Casey, asking for his name, but the latter panics and runs back inside.

Casey’s reaction sparks John’s suspicion and he immediately begins investigating the family living in the house. Will the notorious gossipmonger be the one to expose Brax’s whereabouts?
