Emmerdale fans have hailed tonight’s “powerful episode” after Cain Dingle made a confession to Sarah Sugden.

In tonight’s showing of the ITV soap, Cain, played byJeff Hordley, was coming to terms with his cancer diagnosis. In a tense scene, he finally came clean to Sarah about his illness.

They embraced as Cain tearfully spoke about his health issues. Viewers took to social media, overwhelmed with emotion.
