AN Emmerdale star has revealed she’s given birth to her first child – and revealed her adorable name.

Georgia Jay has played Steph Miligan in the ITV soap since November 2024, and revealed she was pregnant with her first child at the start of June last year.

Now, in a New Year’s Eve post, she has confirmed she actually gave birth to her baby girl that same month.

The black and white picture showed her cradling her little girl by a window, the the baby looking out while Georgia nuzzled into her.

The actress looked happy and content as she wore a striped shirt and her hair pulled back in a clip.

She captioned the snap: “Nora” with a red rose emoji and added “June 2025.”

Georgia was immediately flooded with comments from her Emmerdale co-stars, with Beth Cordingly – who plays her on-screen mum Ruby – writing: “You are perfect and so is she. Love you x.”

Laura Norton, who plays Kerry Wyatt, added: “Yay congrats gorgeous” alongside three red love heart emojis.

Meanwhile Michelle Hardwick – who plays Vanessa Woodfield – wrote: “Gorgeous” and a red love heart emoji.

Back in June, Georgia shared pictures of her bump to announce her pregnancy, and wrote alongside them: “As you’ve probably guessed, I’ve got some news to share!

“I know some of you have been wondering if you’ve been seeing a little bump on screen lately… well, it’s not your imagination…I’m having a baby.

“We’ve never been so excited and a little nervous all at once. Thank you for all the love and support.”

Steph was last seen in Emmerdale in early August, when she decided to go to Rome.

She had just reunited with Ross Barton, but after discovering he had slept with Manpreet Sharma months ago, she decided to call it quits.

However, she did promise mum Ruby she would return in the future.
