FBI season 8 release date: Here’s when to expect the return of the crime fighters on CBS
FBI is the hit police procedural crime drama from Dick Wolf and Craig Turk. The ensemble series follows a group of FBI agents who work in the field office in New York City, where they work tirelessly to ensure the safety of the citizens of the Big Apple. Originally debuting in 2018, the flagship FBI show has become some popular it has led to two spinoffs: FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International. While both those spinoffs were cancelled, there is still at least two more seasons of the flagship series on the way. So, when can you expect to see FBI Season 8 arrive on CBS?
The FBI season 8 premiere will debut on October 13 at 9:00 PM ET on CBS. The series returns about five months after the seventh season concluded on May 20, 2025. The fresh season 8 episodes will debut on a weekly basis after the premiere. In April 2024, CBS renewed the show through season 9, so you can expect more FBI into the coming years. And that’s in addition to tons of other great TV shows in your future.
FBI season 8 will see the addition of a new cast member: Juliana Aidén Martinez. Details on the character Law & Order: SUV veteran Martinez will play are not currently available. However, she could step into the role of the partner to Special Agent Stuart Scola (John Boyd), whose previous partner, Tiffany Wallace (Katherine Renee Kane), departed the series in season 7. FBI season 8 will also feature series regulars Missy Peregrym (Special Agent Maggie Bell), Zeeko Zaki (Special Agent Omar Adom “OA” Zidan), Jeremy Sisto (Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jubal Valentine) and Alana De La Garza (Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille).
